With the crust, the choice of including enriched white flower is not so good. A plain pure white flower is a bad ingredient, especially since the fiber included in the pizza is very low.

The thin crust pizza also has added wheat gluten. If you’re gluten intolerant this product should be avoided. Although, traditional pizza’s need gluten, if you have a mild intolerance Giuseppe’s thin crust pizza will bloat you up.

Onto the toppings, our main focus is on the pepperoni. When you go to read the ingredients, and you see “and/or“ within the proteins is concerning, it generally means the meat is very low quality.

In this case, it’s not all bad since cured meats are made differently depending on the manufacturer, and pepperoni is sometimes made by using both beef and pork.

For pizza’s this isn’t a cause for concern, but on other products you should be.
