Healthy No-Bake Chocolatey Energy Bites

 

Ingredients

1 Cup of Rolled or Instant Oats

1/2 Cup of Ground Flax Seeds

1/2 Cup of Chia Seeds

1/2 Cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

3/4 Cup of Crunchy or Smooth Peanut Butter

1/3 Cup of Raw Cocoa Powder

3 Tbsp of Honey

1 Tsp of Fresh Vanilla Pods or Vanilla Extract

Optional

2 Tbps of Stevia (If your peanut butter has no added sugar)

1 Tbsp of Cinnamon

3 Tbsp of Agave Nectar substitue for the Honey

Procedure

1. Add and mix all of your dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. Add the Honey, Vanilla, and the Peanut Butter to the dry ingredients, mix well.

3. Form into balls and keep them in the freezer covered with clingfilm or tinfoil for 45 Minutes to 1 Hour.

 

You get the best results if you let the mix sit overnight to let the flavours develop. If in a rush you can still enjoy the no bake bites in 1 Hour!
