Ingredients1 Banana, mashed 1 Cup of Almond Milk ¼ Cup of Raw Cocoa Powder 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract ⅓ Cup of Chia Seeds 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
Optional3 Strawberries, diced 1 Handful of Blueberries 2 Tbsp of Stevia 1 Handful of Granola, or a broken up Granola Bar 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
Procedure1. Mash your banana in a bowl. 2. Add the yogurt to the banana, mix until smooth. 3. Pour the almond milk into the mixture, mix until smooth. 4. Mix in the chia seeds and vanilla extract. 5. Sift in the cocoa powder into the mix and add any of the optional ingredients. 6. Pour the mix into an airtight container, or wrap the bowl used earlier in clingfilm and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
You get the best results if you let it sit overnight. But if you’re in a rush you can still enjoy it after 1 hour!
