Fish Oil supplements are one of the very few supplements that we would recommend to everyone. Having so many health benefits by just consuming 1-2 pills of Fish Oil per day is something not to take lightly.
Taking Fish Oil on the off days where you're not eating any fatty fish will avoid all of the side effects, and we recommend you incorporate Fish Oil supplements into your daily diet.
